The Eurasian Creative Guild presented the works of the Guild members at the Navruz celebration at the University of Cambridge

March 8, on the most spring and significant day in March, the traditional holiday Navruz was held at the University of Cambridge.

As part of the celebration of Navruz, an exhibition of books by the authors of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London) was held and paintings by a member of the Guild from Azerbaijan, Gulnara Makhmudova, were presented.

The spring holiday Navruz is celebrated at the University of Cambridge for over 15 years, and is organized by the Cambridge Central Asia Forum, headed by Professor Saxena. The evening traditionally begins with the welcoming words of the university management and representatives of the embassies of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan.

This year, the Cambridge Kazakhstan Student Society presented a dance show. The culture of Tajikistan was represented by Professor Munira Shahidi, who read the works of the poet Rumi in Tajik. The concert ended with creative performances by artists from Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
