All categories of membership are granted for 1 membership year only. The membership year lasts from 1st December to 1st December (for example, from 1st December, 2021 to 1st December, 2022), regardless of the date of entry into the Guild or renewal of existing membership.
Contest entry – If you have valid ECG membership for the current year, the entry fee is a one-time payment of ₤20 (pounds).
FREE ENTRY: you can enter the Poetry category of the Open Eurasia contest if you are up to 26 years old, or if you have also entered an other category and also completed a special task set by the organizing committee of the competition.
This free entry is granted only once for each person. If you want to participate again in competitions the following year, you will need to switch to a preferential or individual category.
Ambassador * (Guild Envoy)
Membership in this category can be issued provided that the candidacy of the Ambassador will be supported by at least 20 active members of the Guild (on terms and conditions according to the memorandum of the Ambassador). It is also possible to issue a trial membership in the “Ambassador” category without a preliminary vote of the members of the Guild before the expiration of the current membership year. If the Ambassador does not comply with the terms of the memorandum before the end of the trial period, he needs to move to a preferential or individual category of membership.
Joining fee – ₤150 (British pounds)
Payment of the fee gives:
- first membership year
- Electronic Certificate of the Ambassador of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London)
- Eurasian Creative Guild badge (London)
- commemorative souvenir with Guild symbols (to be chosen by the Guild Executive Committee)
- creation of a personal profile indicating the status of the Ambassador on the Guild website
- opportunity to participate in current Guild projects (Expert Councils, competitions, festivals, etc.)
- honorary right to represent the Guild in its region
- the right to information support in accordance with the Guild Charter
Annual membership fee (second and subsequent years) – ₤25 (British pounds)
Payment of the fee gives:
- one membership year
- Electronic Certificate of the Ambassador of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London)
- updating (if necessary) the personal profile with the status of the Ambassador on the Guild website
- opportunity to participate in current Guild projects (Expert Councils, competitions, festivals, etc.)
- honorary right to represent the Guild in its region
Individual categoryThis category of membership gives full access to Guild projects and initiatives, as well as the opportunity to get the support of the creative community from around the world.
Joining fee – ₤95 (British pounds)
Payment of the fee gives:
- first membership year
- electronic certificate of a member of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London)
- Eurasian Creative Guild badge (London)
- commemorative souvenir with Guild symbols (to be chosen by the Guild Executive Committee)
- creating a personal profile on the Guild website
- opportunity to participate in current Guild projects (Expert Councils, competitions, festivals, etc.)
- the right to information support in accordance with the Guild Charter
Annual membership fee (second and subsequent years) – ₤35 (British pounds)
Payment of the fee gives:
one membership year
electronic certificate of a member of the Eurasian Creative Guild (London)
updating personal profile on the Guild website

Concession category
This category offers the same opportunities as Individual membership, but the membership fee is reduced. The preferential category is available for students, pensioners and people with HIA.
