1. All membership categories are granted for 1 membership year. The membership year lasts from December 1 to November 30 (for example, from December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023), regardless of the date of joining the Guild or resuming active membership.

2. For those who first join the ECG (London) and have not previously taken part in other projects, special conditions apply. Upon entry, the membership year lasts until November 30 of the following year (for example, upon entry in 2023, the membership year is valid until November 30, 2024). You get a whole year as a gift!

3. If membership has not been renewed after the expiration of the membership year (no new membership fee made), Guild member moves to category “Silent” – he is not excluded from the Guild and can observe its activities and participate in open online and offline meetings, but he exercises the right to participate in any projects, as well as elect and be elected as part of annual elections to various bodies of the Guild.

4. We love and protect nature, so all certificates are provided ONLY in electronic form. If you need a printed copy, you can:

a) write a request for guild@ocamagazine.com for a certificate (applies ONLY to certificates of membership in the Guild, certificates of participants and winners of competitions do not apply) and PERSONALLY receive it at a meeting of the Guild (certificates are issued only in person in a single copy);

b) request our certificate without electronic seal and signature by sending a letter to the guild@ocamagazine.com, print it independently and receive a live seal and signature at a meeting with the executive committee of the Guild from the vice-chairman or executive director;

c) order a printout of the certificate (£10 UK pounds) and mailing.
