Eurasian Culture Week in London 2020 is an annual series of events that includes presentations of books by Guild Members, a poetic evening called “Voices of Eurasia” and visits to exhibitions and film screenings.
An important role in the literary process is played by the interaction of literature with other types of art, therefore, since 2019, the ECG Literature Week has become the Eurasian Culture Week in London.
This year, ECG 2020 Culture Week will be held for the third time. Dates: October 1-6, 2020
PARTICIPATION FORMATS:
VIEWER
This format of participation implies the possibility of attending all open events by pre-registration online: you must fill out the form or simply write to us by e-mail angelina@ocamagazine.com.
Organizers can provide an official invitation for a visa to Eurasian Creative Guild members.
OFFICIAL PARTICIPANT
This option makes it possible to attend not only general events, but also closed ones. Information about your participation will be published in OCA magazine. In addition, you will receive a certificate of participation.

CINEMA
This option makes it possible to show your film. And also this makes it possible to attend not only general events, but also closed ones.
Information about your participation will be published in the exhibition catalog on the pages of OCA magazine when you submit your application and information no later than September 15, 2019. In addition, you will receive a certificate of participation in the festival.

EXHIBITION
This option makes it possible to hold an exhibition (up to 5 paintings are accepted, the format does not matter). The exhibition will be held for three days (October 1-3, 2020), and also gives the opportunity to attend not only general events, but also closed ones.
Information about your participation will be published in the catalog of the exhibition on the pages of OCA magazine when you submit your application and information no later than September 15, 2020. In addition, you will receive a certificate of participation in the festival.
Note: Pictures must be delivered on September 30 to the exhibition hall or before September 30 to the address of the Guild. Delivery of paintings is carried out by the artist.

This option is suitable for organizations and provides the opportunity to participate two representatives of your company at an international festival. You can make a presentation of your organization, and throughout the festival you will be provided with an exhibition space for placing materials and a banner.

Form for a corporate member
Currently, the organizers of the festival do not have the opportunity to pay for the travel and expenses of the authors, but a warm and welcoming atmosphere will be provided.
