Without exaggeration, we can truly say that the last meeting of the Guild, held in London with the support of Russia Culture House in London | Rossotrudnichestvo, was more than ever filled with warmth and friendly atmosphere of the upcoming holidays.
Many new writers and authors came to the meeting, among them were those who had previously been published in other publishing houses of London, and authors who write poems and verses for themselves, for their own pleasure. Certainly, each of them absorbed with great interest the history of meetings and Chingiz Aitmatov’s creativity, and Marat Akhmedzhanov perfectly presented in his speech the final report on all projects and achievements of the Guild in 2018.
A member of the Royal Society of Arts David Perry told how he had the honor to get acquainted with Chingiz Aitmatov in London, Gulsifat Shahidi, in her turn, shared with incredibly touching story and pictures that were taken in Dushanbe, in honor of the anniversary of the famous author. Nurym Taibek told with great pleasure how he met with Chingiz Aitmatov in the plane, and how he managed to discuss many things personally with such an outstanding Kyrgyz writer.
Then Aldona Groupus gave the audience a fascinating speech, presenting to all guests her recently published book with the support of Hertfordshire Press and Eurasian Creative Guild (London).
After that there was a presentation about all the published books of the Eurasian creative Guild for the whole 2018 year, in the frame of all series, awards, competitions and festivals.
The wonderful ending of such a multi-faceted and enthralling meeting was a performance of Svetlana Shivalya, which caught everyone’s attention thanks to the story, read by the author and a represented mini-film about this story.
